Description
The byrizz™ Begin - Persist - Progress (BPP) is a 90-day program to get you started, create good habits, and make sure that you feel that your effort gives you the motivation to stay and be in shape. This Is not the answer to your New year's resolutions but it is a good way to motivate you and to be sure to establish weekly training that will result in good habits in the long run. The workouts in the BPP program can be done at home if you have the equipment needed and you can also be performed at your gym. The conditioning part of the program is just a piece of advice on how you can apply it weekly.

  • We have chosen running as the main form of training but you can choose any kind of conditioning form you like i.e, indoor cycling, indoor rowing, using elliptical machines, or why not just performing a endure power walk. It's about training your central capacity (heart and lungs) and the preferable chosen alternative will do just fine, as long as you perform it continuously.
  • The minimal amount of conditioning work in this program is once per week and can be performed up to four times per week. We advise you to perform at least one session of aerobic system training i.e, running, biking, rowing, power walking. 
  • Be patient and see the journey of getting in shape as the main motivation for healthier habits.
  • Be in touch with your coach throughout your progress. Your coach is ready to give you the needed motivation when needed.

The app Byrizz is free to use and you can keep your account and use the apps basic features as long as you want for free. In the app you will also find the content you bought here in this shop.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app Byrizz and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
