Description
Padel is a form of racquet sport and is a close relative of tennis. As a game, it is very similar to tennis, however, there are some slight differences. The game can be played in Single but is mostly played in doubles. Padel is played on an enclosed court that is smaller than a tennis court and has walls that can be used during the game. However, the balls used are almost identical but with slightly less pressure.

How?

The program contains two sessions of strength and conditioning training. In addition, you'll play padel as wanted. This program is suited for novice to high-level Padel players.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app Byrizz and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
