Description
Running a Marathon under 3 hours and up to 3:h15 minutes requires discipline and willingness to endure long runs weekly. Embracing the challenge will give you an excellent platform to stand on. You´ll be needing between 80 and up to 100 kilometers in addition to 1-2 sessions of strength and mobility. Running faster for longer distances requires a harder effort - You are strong but need to become stronger!

The byrizz™ Half-Marathon 2h:45-3h:15 Overview;

  • The program fits perfectly runners with more experience.
  • Mobility and Stability exercises to keep you as healthy possible throughout the journey.
  • Sessions per week needed; t 5-6 times per week. Distance: 80-110 km of running weekly.
  • Ten weeks of proper training followed by a two-week taper to get you set for the big day.
  • You´ll be able to be in contact with our byrizz™ coaches to get tips and advice throughout your Marathon journey!

The app Byrizz is free to use and you can keep your account and use the apps basic features as long as you want for free. In the app you will also find the content you bought here in this shop.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app Byrizz and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
