When running a Half or complete Marathon, you should first prioritize to start gently and build up your fitness gradually. Having a training partner can be motivating if you´re starting as a running novice. This program will give you both strength and mobility exercises to improve your running posture and to get you all set for a significant challenge. 

The byrizz™ Half-Marathon Sub 2:20 Overview;

  • The program fits perfect for the complete beginner, starting from scratch and also for the regular runner but a newcomer to longer distances. 
  • Mobility and Stability exercises to enhance your running posture are included in this 12-week program.
  • You´ll be working out 4-6 times a week - including strength sessions.
  • Ten weeks of proper training followed by a two-week taper to get you set for the big day.
  • You´ll be able to be in contact with our byrizz™ coaches to get tips and advice throughout the Half-Marathon journey!

The app Byrizz is free to use and you can keep your account and use the apps basic features as long as you want for free. In the app you will also find the content you bought here in this shop.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app Byrizz and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
