Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tear is one of the most severe injuries one can get as an athlete and an active person. ACL tears occur in sports that involve sudden changes of direction when jumping or landing or where speed is needed to stop suddenly, i.e., stoping after a high-speed run. Injuries are common in sports such as football, basketball, handball, and downhill skiing.

The byrizz™ ACL Phase 2 (2.2) Overview;

  • During this phase, you have started to run at a slow to moderate speed and continue to maintain a full range of motion in the knee. 
  • You should be able to start with light to moderate plyometric training. 
  • You should regain most of your single leg balance and most of your muscle strength.
Phase 3 passing criteria after approx. 16-18 weeks of rehab:

  • No swelling signs or pain
  • Normal jogging/running phase; approx. speed:10-15 km/h
  • Single leg press measures of 1.5 x bodyweight
  • Squat measures of 1.5 x bodyweight 
  • Enhanced balance and control on the affected side
  • Proper biomechanics when jumping and landing

How does it work?

You will follow our workout in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will find the workout and perform it any time you want.

How to join:
1. Click the workout you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
