Description
Running a Half-Marathon under 2 hours and down to 1h 30 minutes requires discipline and harder work. Embracing the challenge will give you an excellent platform to stand on. You´ll be needing 50-65 kilometer weekly and 1-2 sessions of strength and mobility training to keep yourself away from getting unnecessary injuries. Running fast requires a harder effort - embrace it!

The byrizz™ Half-Marathon 1h:30-1h:50 Overview;

  • The program fits perfectly for regular runners with longer experience in distance running.
  • Mobility and Stability exercises to keep you as healthy possible throughout the journey.
  • Sessions per week needed; t 5-6 times per week - including strength sessions.
  • Ten weeks of proper training followed by a two-week taper to get you set for the big day
  • You´ll be able to be in contact with our byrizz™ coaches to get tips and advice throughout the Half-Marathon journey!

About the app

The app Byrizz is free to use and you can keep your account and use the apps basic features as long as you want for free. In the app you will also find the content you bought here in this shop.

How does it work?

You will follow our Program in the app Byrizz on your smartphone. In the app you will get daily instructions and be able to chat with your coach (if included)

How to join:
1. Click the Program you want and then the buy button.
2. As a first step you will have to login with your account or create a new one if you don't have one already. This is the account your purchase will be connected to.
3. After completing the purchase you should download the app Byrizz and sign in using the account you used in the purchase (p2 above). When logged in you will find your program and your coach. In the app you can also add friends, log all your workouts, track weight and measures and much more.
